I agree with Markus, the German is somewhat gramatically impaired but
otherwise fine. Nothing you wouldn't read on any old forum or German
mailing list (unfortunately). As for the minimum bid: nobody is forcing
anyone to buy this tube, and also it appears used (see the shadows in
the third picture).
