Hello. Freeform electronics are a very fine form of art. Reproducing what is shown in the pictures requires a lot of practice, starting with getting the wires straight and of proper length.
A worldwide reference for freeform electronics is Mohit Bhoite, amongst few others. Check out his social media profiles for pictures and some youtube videos where he gets into the details of his building techniques (like https://youtu.be/LqVFxNFGNbc and this one from Remoticon 2020 https://youtu.be/p5GvcxMcR74). In a twitter thread about selling these sculptures, Mohit mentioned that it takes him 15 hours to build the small ones: can't think how long it would take to build the clock on sale!
