It is difficult to buy in russia, but not in Ukraine. The is shipment is 
longuer (there is no civil plane availlable), but it works. a parcel is 
delivered to France in 3 to 4 weeks.

you also have Estonia, Lettonia and Lituania, they can ship faster as they 
are in the shengen space.
you still have Belaruss and Kazakstan...

I usually order via a web site beginning by "eB" and finishing by "ay" ;-) 
and I avoid ali-express.
