Set "Item Location" to "Worldwide" and you're in. I've also seen this happen to 
some of the seller's items but not all.

What I love is when the seller has three lots of the same kind of item (I'm 
thinking of boxes full of spoken word CDs here) going off 90 seconds apart. No 
time left for any last minute strategy. That's a situation I go out of my way 
to avoid but sometimes you have to play it by ear.
