the master section in my desk is not original to that desk. i purchased it later with the intent of having it wired in. there were no joysticks on the original master section though. my desk came out of the lincoln center in nyc. it had all kinds of stuff in it that i removed and sold... valley people compressors, tv screens, etc. it sure looks and sounds like series one E strips. at this point im very confused as to what i have here and what to do with it. not sure if it can be wired up like a normal recording/mixing console. anyone that can help me identify what kind of desk this is, i would appreciate.

Layout looks very different from yours. Also, I've been told that the series 1e modules don't work with the theater desks, for whatever that's worth, and if that's true (no idea, really, if it is) you may not have a theater desk on your hands. Someone out there will know for sure....
