I think technically it's not difficult to implement the privacy mode. Please
see [1] and generally [2] as a related project.

Basicly the user can define which resource (using its URI) a NOP should not
be stored in RDF repository.

Several alternative of user interface:
1. One button for privacy mode.
"Don't store all my interaction with you, until I say you again to do so."
=> pause/play button
Drawback: User switches context very often.(I can not find the scientific
publication that states this.)

2. One button/context menu for each resource.
"I don't want you to store my past, current or future interactions related
to this resource."
Example: user presses a button in Konqueror then the website URL will be
rembered by the system and all NOPs related to this URL will be deleted
(past history) or not send to UserObservationHub(current and future)
Drawback: It needs more interaction from the user side.

3. NOPs search interface and editor
If 1) and 2) fail, for example user forgot to deactivate it, she can still
search for the resource and delete it from the RDF repository.
