I would not call the list for SuSE anywhere near definitive. It merely
points out the ones most easily forgotten. (Doing a full dependency sweep
on them might show about a 100 packages or more instead.)
As such it does provide some guidelines for Red Hat as well. You just need
to handle dependencies as you hit them but it does point out most of them.
