Let me modify the report that I made eariler... The self-installing script for the stable version of Nessus works as expected on Debian stable with nmap 2.54.x. It has issues with Debian unstable with nmap 3.10-ALPHA4. I believe that this has been documented in other threads as an NMAP problem.
