how to update and get new plugins

hi group

1.can anybody tell me how to incorporate new plugins into my nessus

2.how to know about new released plugins

3.can i create attacks in nasl which can really do some exploits in the machine and make it crash,hang or gain root access, so that i can check whether what nessus reports is really true ;-)
