Title: RE: Nessus 1.2.6 problems and nessus login certificates

Current 'stable' versions of nessus (1.2.7) are being maintained in the 'unstable' tree for Debian.  None of the 1.2+ iterations have been moved to 'testing' or 'stable' for some reason.

The funny thing is that no Debian person ever asked me if I thought this
was a good idea or not, or even if I knew about unfixed bugs in 1.0.x.

Bottom line: Don't use it.


The official EOL will be in March though, as every 1.0.x user should
know (I posted a special plugin saying so).
