There are a couple of ways you could accomplish this. 
First, there is the NessusWX client
(http://nessuswx.nessus.org/).  

Its also feasible to use an XServer for Windows to
connect to the unix server running nessusd.  I
personally like Cygwin (www.cygwin.com) which is a
fully ported posix environment that runs under
windows.  It will run a fully ported XFree86 within
Windows.  I've done this to run an X session on my
windows box and execute the nessus client remotely.
