George and all, Good points! I have run scans in batch mode using Windows scheduler and it works like a charm. Also, might want to consider Alex Zimmen's Inprotect (web interface for Nessus). He recently updated it supported distributed scanning (I haven't tested the new version, but have been using the older version and it also works like a charm).
