Hi,

We have been using nmap to do periodic port scans on our network (looking for services, viruses, etc that shouldn't be there). What I couldn't figure out is how to get nessus to do a simple port scan -- and nothing else -- and report back open ports.

How can I, for instance, get nessus to simply do the same scan as would result from this nmap command: "nmap -p 3127-3198 10.119.94.1-254"?

Also, from the gui, how can I select just a single plugin to run? When I select the family, all the plugins in that family are selected. Is there a simple way to simply select the one I want without having to unselect 50 others?

Thanks,
Rob
