Thanks for the feedback. Tried that but it just puts everything into another directory 
/reports.html_graph. I guess what I am really looking for is a way to incorporate all 
the charts, gifs, and information into one document. Is there a way this can be done?

For instance Nessus generates: chart_perating_systems.gif, 
Chart_dangerous_services.gif, Chart_services_occurences.gif, pie_most.gif, and 
pie_risks.gif. How can these be added to a report? I have several scans and I don't 
want to have to manually extract the gifs each time.
