On friday with the help of other member of this list (thanks Raul ;) ) we solved the problem. Like you say the problem was with the options of the nmap specially with the option in the tab "prefs" (for the port scan), "User specified range". This option adds to the nmap command "-p <range>". My range was 1-8000, so the execution was very slowly.
