Did you enable dependencies when you ran this? This plugin is a dependency of trojan_horses.nasl (#11157) and unknown_services.nasl (#11154) in the Backdoors and Misc. families respectively. Thus, if you selected either of those two plugins and enabled dependencies, mldonkey_telnet.nasl would have been launched.
