Can you provide an example of the differences in results? Which GUI
client are you using (eg, NessusClient, nessus, or something else) and
what is its version?
I use this client, both GUI & CLI

SSL used for client - server communication
Differences?
CLI result: 0 Holes; 2 Warnings; 9 Notes.
GUI result: 2 Holes; 4 Warnings; 9 Notes.
Holes: "microsoft-ds (445/tcp)" with several flaws (WinZip,
FlashPlayer, MS Word, Excel) and "general/tcp" (Mozilla flaws)
