I was able to do a port scan and vulnerability check when I first installed Nessus. I then upgraded my plugins (nessus-update-plugins). After restarting nessus, I am able to do vulnerability checks but the port scanning is broken. I have duplicated this many times by uninstalling and starting over. I get the same results each time. If I disable all plugins, the port scan completes perfectly, but when I reenable all plugins, it stops working. I have tried to go through and do each plugin seperately. The port scan works fine with all plugins used seperately, but it will not work with all of them enabled.
Any ideas as to how I can determine what is causing my problem?
