Hello Sohail, first off you need to be a Direct Feed customer or security 
center implemented, depending on the nessus client you use if its 

Nessus 3 you would start a scan task then when your configuring a policy you 
will see a Compliance tab that allows you to add the audit file. 

Nessus WX client you would go to you would go to plugins configure plugins then 
windows compliance checks to add the audit file.
