  Yep, sure is. We use a Nessus 3 server under Windows 2003 and NessusWX 
clients under WinXP. You'll need to adjust the listener settings for the server 
so it listens on one of your servers public IP addresses, by default it only 
listens on loopback.
  And of course you'll need to open up port 1241 for Nessus (the default).

  We've found NessusWX to be preferable to the native Windows Nessus client. It 
just offers more options, responds quicker and is easier to work with when 
creating custom scan configurations. I really wish Tenable would adopt it as 
the official Windows client, :(
