We are trying to install Nessus on Linux environment(on VMware ). I am following all the steps as it is given in www.nessus.org <http://www.nessus.org/> for installting all the packages. When I am trying to install nessus-core.x.x.x..package I am getting few errors, and finally I am unable to see anything under these folder. /usr/local/sbin/nessusd /usr/local/sbin/nessus-adduser /usr/local/sbin/nessus-mkcert It means installation was not done properly.
