Have you tried checking using '/opt/nessus/sbin' for the directory? If that fails, use the 'locate' command.

When I am trying to install nessus-core.x.x.x..package I am getting few errors, and finally I am unable to see anything under these folder. /usr/local/sbin/nessusd /usr/local/sbin/nessus-adduser /usr/local/sbin/nessus-mkcert It means installation was not done properly.
