Cordel, yes, you are missing some information. Your question is not specific enough to be answered and will probably be ignored unless you provide more details such as exact version number of Nessus scanner and the operating system you are running it on. Last will help to identify if there is an issue with Nessus version you are running and/or if the report configuration has to be modified. If you provide the target-system configuration people with similar problem will respond with suggestions on how to adjust your scanning configuration to report on the vulnerabilities seen.
