because it's not gentoo problem. In 2.2.10 ./configure --disable-gtk
does not work properly (i had to repair it).

why don't you share sources ?
I do not have qt (i do not need it, and i can't have it - security policy), and 
why to force me to install X/gtk/qt to make nessus working ?
