when i started #./configure --disable-gtk
configure script checked for gtk headers and issued warning (only warning)
Then durring make (when xstuff was compiled) it crashed because did not find 
gtk.h
(in Makefile there was flag USE_GTK, i had to remove it).

After that it works fine. I'm moving to version 3 right now...
