Hi Scott, We do have a procedure for offline/manual download of new plugins. There is no limit of the number of IP addresses you can scan with Nessus when subscribed to the professional feed. If you are performing scans of large numbers of IP addresses, I recommend considering the Security Center for centralized scanning, scheduling reporting and analysis of your data.
