Well to start with the semi good news....
If I build with build-freebsd.h I get an snmpd which 
 - does not crash
 - has correct tcp/udp table

The build still does not complete satisfactory:

28:testing AgentX GET support...FAIL
29:testing AgentX SET support...FAIL
30:testing AgentX illegal SET handling support...ok
31:testing AgentX trap sending support...FAIL

But all other test seem to be oke.....

Note that there are still a few compiler warnings that look like
they could be suppressed if proper prototyping was used.
Not shure if they will crash the 64bit platform somewhat later.
