Who says there is anything wrong with it? There is no comment indicating it was rejected. If you are simply wondering why it hasn't been applied, then you need to remember that we all do this in our spare time. Please be patient. Also, bugs that are for extraordinary conditions are much lower priority than other issues. We strongly recommend running AgentX over UNIX sockets, on the same host, where partial PDUs should not occur. Also I'd argue that you shouldn't expect a response to a partial packet/PDU.
