OK - thanks. I'll play about with them, and see what happens. If anything, I'd be half tempted to merge 'data_access' into the main file instead, since they're both concerned with initialisation and pre-request stuff. But I'll probably just document the multi-file arrangement, since that's what most people will see. I'm looking at simplifying the example code, rather than changing things significantly.
