I'm just following the instructions in that definition:
  "It is the responsibility of the DESCRIPTION clause... to
   indicate what an abnormally long period of time would be"

Including parsing the free text of the MIB description, I trust.
I would hope that such managers wouldn't misinterpret this
definition as saying that this *must* be 5 minutes.
