Ah - there's the difference, then.
I'd regard the mib2c.container.conf as describing the bare
cake.  It doesn't imply any frosting at all.

(Assuming that "frosting" is what I'd call "icing" :-) )

It could - and that tube would be labelled "mib2c.data2.conf"
(Except that I *still* don't like that particular name - but
that's not the point at issue here).

  (Oh, and I wouldn't dream of using frosting/icing from a
  *tube*!  It's not exactly difficult to mix icing sugar
   and a bit of water, and you've got much more control
   over how things come out.  But then I enjoy cooking,
   and digressions in roughly equal measure.....)


But I think you should also be able to make a plain cake
(mib2c.container.conf) that doesn't have any frosting on
at all.  The idea of having to scrape off all the green
frosting before you start is Just Plain Wierd!
