For the new one to double the definition of the existing one (which
should be moved behind a comment saying "don't use"):

  NETSNMP_DS_LIB_DISABLE_CONFIG_LOAD

For a new one that, err, needs the name of the previous but can't be:

  NETSNMP_DS_LIB_DISABLE_PERSISTENT_LOAD
  token: noPersistentLoad

And for the easy one at this point:

  NETSNMP_DS_LIB_DISABLE_PERSISTENT_SAVE
  token: noPersistentSave
