Yep. Ordering and getting it right on every system. Worthy goal for
anyone that really wants to spend the time. However, I'm not sure
it's worth the effort and the added complexity of the exact ordering
may be a real pain to deal with over time. Getting it right at a
particular point of time may be doable, however.
IIRC the problem was that the autoconf people were supposed to turn
those warnings into errors in future autoconf versions, wasn't it? Has
anything changed wrt. this?
