IE, the SNMP data type is a 4 byte string not an integer. Hence the confusion because some APIs (unix) expect an int, and some (SNMP) expects a string. The interface (net-snmp) is thus stuck holding the bag. -- Wes Hardaker Sparta, Inc. ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by: Power Architecture Resource Center: Free content, downloads, discussions, and more. http://solutions.newsforge.com/ibmarch.tmpl _______________________________________________ Net-snmp-coders mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/net-snmp-coders
