Yes.. If I run the snmp agent as stated above
(without any configuration changes in the linux PC), "Server exiting with error code 1" is displayed.

snmpd 10.1.2.3
snmpd 10.4.5.6
snmpd 176.16.1.1

Have you tried running several agents (as above),
and see what happens?
