Well, lets see.

- New tables: ipv4InterfaceTable and ipv6InterfaceTable
  - required changes to ifTable, data_access for interface and ipaddress
  - revealed some minor problems with mfd template code

- tweaked configure processing to reduce the number of headers included in the
  *_module_includes.h file, used for the module init/shutdown routines

- tweaked config_requires for swapping over to MFD rewrites as default


Might have missed stuff. Ask specific questions about specific check-ins if you
want more clarification.
