Folks,

Sorry for the delay...  It's IETF time again and I've been a bit
distracted with getting ready for the meetings.

My understanding from all our discussion was that the only two choices
that people agreed upon was:

1) pull snmpnetstat completely
2) include the new version, but only if the older command line opts
   are re-instated.

Everyone seems to think we agreed on #2.  However, I don't think
anyone volunteered to do the work (I didn't, as I see it as mostly a
waste of time and would prefer to ship just the new version with the
incompatible command line args, but hey I'm odd).  So, since it didn't
look like anyone was going to do the work to fix snmpnetstat to use
the older args, and since I'd be yelled at (worse) for including the
newer version that only left option #1.
