Problem in Trap

  Hi All,

            I am using Net-Snmp 5.3 pre-release1 in my router. I have configured my "snmpd.conf" for traps also. The problem is I am unable to receive the trap if an interface goes dowm/up. Kindly help me regarding this. The lines which I have included in my configuration file is as follows:


com2sec mynetwork0 0.0.0.0 sallu1
rwuser sallu1 auth
com2sec mynetwork2 default sallu2
group MyRWGroup v2c mynetwork2
group MyRWGroup v1 mynetwork2

trapcommunity sample
trapsink 192.168.100.189
trap2sink 192.168.100.189
informsink 192.168.100.189
linkUpDownNotifications yes
