Yup - that's probably why it hasn't been implemented up to now :-)
Actually, that's not strictly true. It *has* been implemented
on some systems - namely those that supply the necessary information.
But I don't believe that Linux is one of them.
Note that the 5.3 release has introduced a new implementation
of the ifTable (and related information), which does seem to
support this object. (Though I'm not totally convinced it
gets the value right).

Not sure. Probably a) judging by the old code
for returning if{In,Out}UcastPkts.
(see mibII/interfaces.c:856-863, etc)
Though the newer implementation seems to treat this
field as unicast-only. I'm not sure whether this
is deliberate (and accurate) or not - Robert, case
to comment?
It'd probably be worth checking with the Linux kernel
people as to the exact meaning of these values.
