If you try the same experiment with the Net-SNMP agent and utilities, do you see the same symptoms, or does it work as expected? Please note that development work on the ucd-snmp code effectively finished several years ago. We have recently issued the final release of the ucd-snmp suite, and this line has now been closed down. We would strongly encourage you to switch to a more modern (and actively maintained) branch.
