Yes, I am positive NetSNMP is working properly.  

Important:  I forgot to mention that NetSNMP was successfully ported to this 
hardware box  about two months ago adn everything worked fine, however, it now 
no longer works.  It seems setting up the unix socket /var/agentx/master is no 
longer working.   The box has unwent some change over the last month and this 
is why the SNMP no longer works, however, I am trying to figure out why the 
warning is now being produced so I can try to determine what changed in our 
hardware box which no longer allows the unix socket to be created.
