It would be a lot easier to provide assistance if you gave more detail
about exactly what you are doing. Vague descriptions are very
difficult to work with, and I don't have the time to try and guess
what might be wrong.
Always give exact and detailed information. That way, we've at
least got a chance of spotting the problem(s).
