Hi all, I have the SUN's snmp running on my solaris 9 box.It seems to me
however that this is a snmp v1 implementation.I decided to install net-snmp ver
5.4.1 for solaris 9, and i still can't verify that snmp v2c works. When i type
the command: snmpwalk -v 1 -c public localhost system I get a response(e.g
SNMPv2-MIB::sysDescr.0 = STRING: Sun SNMP Agent ...) but when i type the
commandsnmpwalk -v 2c -c public localhost system i get Timeout: No Response
from localhost Am I missing something?
