The proper way to do that is with VACM settings that restrict elements
of the data to particular users.

Yes there is a way to get that information but it is very very very very
very very very discouraged.  You shouldn't do it.  It prevents the code
from work in other SNMP version cases (SNMPv1/SNMPv2c or a future
SNMPv4) and it prevents it from working properly in subagent type cases
(agentx or proxying).  The VACM settings are the right way to control access.
