I am using SolarWinds Orion NPM to monitor our Linux Servers, which are running
RHEL 4. I have installed NET-SNMP 5.4.2.1 and have begun to monitor the
various servers. I have noticed that the REAL MEMORY utilization on the
servers is being reported incorrectly in SolarWinds. I used a MIB Browser to
go in and take a look at the memAvailReal object and found that the value is
incorrect. I'm showing 338028 bytes availabe and it should be more like 2.0 GB
available. The SWAP available and totals are correct. Has anybody run into
this before?
