Hello snmp-coders,
In Linux based net-snmp 5.4.2 can one configure a user to only receive traps?
This means the same user will not be able to do GET or SET operations
on any of the supported propitiatory mibs.
Also can one change the security modes by calling the net-snmp
library api(s)?
