We have a web application from where the user can add/delete the community
strings
and configure the snmp agent dynamically.

Can we add/delete community strings dynamically without having to change the
snmpd.configuration file and restarting the snmpd?
I was wondering if there is such net-snmp library api(s)?

Similary can the authtrapenable directive be changed dynamically without
having to change the configuration file (snmpd.conf) and restarting the agent?

Provided that SNMP user exists, can a community string be mapped to a snmp user?
thanks,
Berandette
