Of course the people to address the question to are those that made the 
packages on the internet-express CD, not us.

Anyway, to start the binary you'll need to have all libraries present that the 
binary is linked against, i.e. you *will* need libipv6.sl.
I guess there should be a way to just install the package with the library 
without a reboot, since you don't really need IPv6 configuration. Ask your 
friendly system administrator for further advice.
