Hi Dave/All,

In my current implementation I can not upgrade the netsnmp.
I have some questions here :

1. Is it really required for snmpd to go for a reconfig for SIGHUP
signal ?
2. What if the SIGHUP signal handler is modified as to do nothing ?
3. Is there any patch for this to solve the issue ( error on
subcontainer '' insert (-1))

Regards,
Raja

This is a fairly early version on the 5.3.x line.
I believe this problem has been addressed in later release.

Please upgrade to 5.3.3, 5.4.2.1 or the upcoming 5.5 release.
