How have you configured the agent to monitor this MIB?
(You must have done something - the agent wouldn't generate traps
when values change, unless there's something explicitly set up to do this)

Given the vagueness of the description you have provided,
it's impossible to say why this is happening, and whether this
is the expected behaviour or not.
